WHY SHOULD I GET A Album?
• Our memory books, whether it be a Pro Leather or i-Mount Album, will help you, your family and friends celebrate a special event,

time and time again. With our easy design process, you can create a unique wedding album or treasure your vacation memories.

While most of our memory books are created for weddings, graduations, baby books and vacation memories, the possibilities are

endless when you want to create a timeless book of treasured memories.

Our all-purpose memory books provide professional quality at a value price.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PICTURE BOOKS AND PHOTO ALBUMS?
• Picture books are press printed books and pages are similar feel to a magazine style (slick and glossy). While there is a difference

in the thickness of the page in the Picture Book line, they are all printed using the same process. Photo Albums are actual archival

photo prints applied to a hard-stock album page.

Picture Books are a contemporary style of memory book, while the Photo Albums represent a more traditional style of book.

HOW DO I ORDER A MEMORY BOOK?
• If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call. There are two choices to order your memory book.

#1: Download ROES Press Prints
Go to our website: www.803labs.com, click on ROES in the upper-right hand corner. This will bring you to another page.

Scroll down and click on "Install ROES Digital Manager" and the installation process will begin immediately. Once ROES

downloads to your desktop, click on it and follow the user-friendly instruction to get started creating your personalized

memory book! After you are done, press "Send To Lab" (green arrow) and a pdf proof will be shown to you.

Once that is approved by you, your beautiful creation is sent to 803 Labs, Inc. and processed. There is no color correction

applied to photos or pages, so please be sure to proof memory book before it is sent to us. Again, if you have any questions

along the way, give us a call at: 843.497.8803 and our staff will easily walk you through the process.

#2: Let us help!Our creative design team will create your memory book for you! We have created many beautiful memory books, including

for Extreme Home Makeover, and we will be able to create your memory in a timely manner for you.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMAGES I USE TO CREATE MY MEMORY BOOK?
• Yes! For us to print your perfect custom memory book, we need you to use images that have either at least 300/dpi (dots

per inch) or 300/ppi (pixels per inch).
Images that are smaller than this will print pixelated.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CREATE MY MEMORY BOOK?
• No problem! Our creative design team will create your memory book for you, featuring all the highlights of your special

event! Upon your request, we will talk with you over the phone or in person to gather the who's-who and details of your

memorable event. Your photos will be color-corrected by our color specialists in our production department and given

to the design team. From there, our creative team will create your memory book using custom layouts and you will quickly

be e-mailed a proof within 4 (four) days. With the memory book price, comes 2 (two) revisions. Any further revisions, we will

notify you that additional time falls under our design time which will be billed out at $85/hr (15 mins: $21.25). Once we receive

the final approval, your elegant memory book will be sent back to our production department, where we will print and assemble

your order in a matter of days.

The average turnaround time for printing and assembly for each memory book varies. They are as follows:
• Albums: 2-3 business days.
• Picture Books: 7-10 business days.

HOW DO I DECIDE ON A BINDING STYLE?
• Binding styles are an option for the Picture Books ONLY. Pro Leather and i-Mount Albums do not have this option,

because the photo pages are applied and assembled to the hard-stock existing page. All Pro Leather and i-Mount Albums

have a perfect binding. To view the Picture Book binding options, go to: www.803labs.com and click on the Memory Books page.

Click on the Picture Books photo on the far right of the page, and scroll to the bottom of the next page to view the binding options.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PICTURE BOOKS: KEEPSAKE, OCCASIONS AND SIGNATURE?
• While all our Picture Books offer a timeless way to display your photos at an affordable price value, there are a few differences

that will help you choose the perfect book for your memories. The most noticeable difference in each Picture Book is the paper

quality/stock. Listed below are attributes to each Picture Book to help you with your choice.

Keepsake Book - Paper Stock: Heavy 100 lb. archival paper.
• Formal or casual styles in sizes from 5" x 5" to 12" x 12".
• Any book length from 20 - 250 pages.

Occasions Book - Paper Stock: Extra durable paper that is 4 times as thick as ordinary photo book paper, available in satin or gloss.
• Thick stock paper is available in Satin or Gloss.
• Unique binding allows pages to lay flat to view panoramic spreads easily.

Signature Book - Paper Stock: 110 lb. acid-free "soft-feel" stock.
• Pages available in either satin or gloss UV-protective finish.
• Several sizes available from 5" x 5" to 12" x 12".

DO PRICES VARY FOR MEMORY BOOKS?
• Yes. There is a price difference when our creative design team creates your custom memory book. 803 Labs, Inc understands

all budgets, so for a more cost-effective and "wallet-friendly" option, you can easily build your own memory book using our

easy to download software. We give you all the tools and can even walk you through our user-friendly ordering system.

HOW ARE THE PICTURE BOOKS PRINTED?
• Using our 803 press prints, Picture Books are printed with high-end digital HP Indigo printing with full bleeds and brilliant color.

We use "true color" ink (instead of toner) for deep, rich colors.

WHEN DESIGNING MY PRO LEATHER ALBUM MYSELF, HOW DO I CHOOSE THE 3x3 PHOTO FOR THE OUTSIDE FRONT COVER?
• There are two options. You can email us the specific image, along with your order # at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The image must be

in a jpg form and must be at least 300 dpi. Or you can allow us to choose your featured photo. Please remember this will be a

square photo.

All orders are processed immediately. Once you are given your order #, please email us at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , with your

specific featured photo, if you wish to do so. If we have not received an email of your photo, by the time of printing completion,

we will use our discretion in choosing a 3x3 feature photo for your album from an image in your design.

I HAVE A DIFFERENT ALBUM LAYOUT SOFTWARE PROGRAM. CAN I USE THAT AND STILL ORDER MY ALBUM PRINTING FROM 803 LABS, INC?
• Of course! If you have a layout program that you are more comfortable with, we welcome you to use it. We do have a few

simple instructions to ensure that your order is just as you want it! If you are ordering a Picture Book, pages can only be uploaded

by spreads (both side-by-side pages exported as jpg). If you are ordering a Pro Leather Album or i-Mount Album, pages can only

be uploaded by individual pages (each page exported as jpg). If you have any questions, you may call us at: 843.497.8803.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Aspect ratio is critical! Please be sure the page size uploaded is the page size of the memory book. For example, a 5x7 page

created in another layout program will not fit a 10x10 memory book page.

• A 1/2 inch margin needs to be left all the way around the page. Images closer than a 1/2 inch to the edge of the page will

risk being cut off during printing and assembly. Also, please be cognizant of the text layout at the edges of your pages.
